Yes, in fact we encourage potential customers to come and view the units to ensure they are suitable for your needs.
We provide flexible access hours, our standard site access hours are 7am to 8pm Monday to Sunday however there are a few exceptions such as Christmas day, New years day and where site maintance is being completed no access will be granted. For site amaintenence that affects access you will be informed with plenty of notice of the works.
If you need one off access outside our normal hours this can be arranged where enough notice is given.
Yes, we have a high security access gate, CCTV monitoring, ANPR cameras for number plate recognition and PTZ cameras with smart tracking and line crossing detection.
Yes, our minimum rental period is one month.
All storage is paid for monthly in advance via direct debit on the 1st of the month unless agreed otherwise.
Before moving in we will require your first months rent, key deposit and any store protect fee you have selected. This is paid when you sign up to the storage contract.
We require 1 months notice before vacating your unit.
This must be given in writing via email to [email protected] or via our website on the existing customers section.
Contact us immediately. We’ll get your access fob cancelled to keep the site as secure as possible and help arrange access for you. Unfortunelty there will be a charge for a replacement lock/key and fob for access to the site.
We have a strict no perishable good policy in our containers and for vehicle storage to dissuade vermin. In addition we also have vermin control in place around the facility. Containers are treated to prevent pests, and we recommend sealing your items in airtight packaging for added protection.
All storage is paid for in advance. In the event of missed payment your access to site will be restricted, this is part of our automated system. Your arrears need to be brought up to date immediately to gain access to the site.
You will receive a notice letter requesting payment within 14 day via your requested correspondence type to bring your account up to date.
If after the 14 days your unit has not been brought up to date we will begin steps to termination our agreement as per the terms of the contract. If the contract is terminated we may place a lien on your good and they maybe forfeit and auctioned to recoup our losses.
While we don’t directly provide this service, we can recommend professional movers who can assist.
From time to time we have discounts on, look out for them on our website, we sometimes offer discounted rates for long-term rentals however this is subject to our current capacity as we only allocate so many containers to long term storage. Contact us for details on available discounts.
We ensure container safety with durable locks, security monitoring, and gated facility access to protect your belongings.
Our facility has 24-hour CCTV, ANPR number plate recognition, All vehicles are behind a double gated access, high-security fencing, and all containers have secure lock box.

Yes, you can store cars, motorcycles, and small recreational vehicles in our larger containers. Let us know your vehicle’s dimensions to ensure a suitable fit.
Yes, all our containres are weather proof, all the containers have vents to allow adequate ventilation to keep your items safe and dry. we would note that if you are placing your items in the unit while it is raining we would suggest placing come moisture boxes in the container to absob any residual moisture.
Yes, your good must be insured to use our facility, we offer StoreProtect policy that covers your good under our insurance, however you’re welcome to arrange your own insurance you need to be satisfied that the policy overs all of your goods, and that policy must note our facility address and name on the policy. If you elect to take your own insurance we will need a copy of it before you move your goods in.
No, hazardous materials like flammable liquids, explosives, and chemicals are strictly prohibited for safety reasons. In addiation to this no perishable good are allowed to be stored as we do not what to encourage any vermin
You can reserve a container upto 2 weeks before you require it by booking on the website, calling, emailing or WhatsApp or use the contact form on our website and we will come back to you as quick as possible. We’ll guide you through the booking process.
Container storage is popular among e-commerce businesses, construction companies, and tradespeople for inventory, tools, equipment, and materials. We have certain container allocate for different types of business.
Typically in addition to your rental fee, we require a fully refundable key deposit on the return of the key when you leave us and if you’ve take our store protect indemnity for your goods there is a fee for this service. All storage is paid for in advance on the 1st of each month.
In the situation that the container is left in a unkept manner we reserve the right to keep the deposit to place agains any cleaning/ disposal fees. In the even good are left in the unit the disposal of these would be charged back to you.
We also have a missed payment fee that covers the charges from the failed direct debits

No, storage containers are strictly for storage purposes and do not have amenities required for living or working.
You can transport items yourself, or we can recommend trusted moving companies for assistance with larger items. in a case of deliveries we do not suggest any vehile larger than a 7.5T
Yes, we require that containers be left clean and empty upon move-out to avoid additional cleaning fees. Please note the containers should NOT be washed out with water.
While our containers are not temperature-controlled, we can recommend facilities nearby that offer climate-controlled units if needed.
Yes, but the lead account holder remains responsible for the container, including security and payment obligations. We suggest where you are sharing a container that both of you are added to the container contract to ensure you good are protected. Additional key are available however there are additional costs for this.
Our facility can accommodate a range of vehicles, including motorhomes, cars, campers, trailers and boats. If you’d prefer cars, small campers, boats and trailer can be store internally in a container.
Yes, our facility is secured with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, ANPR number plate recognition, double gated access, and heavy-duty fencing to ensure your vehicle’s safety. In addition we do suggest trackers be installed on caravans and motorhomes but it is not essential.
We offer outdoor storage but also storage within a container if it will fit for maximum protection, depending on your needs and availability.

No, we do not provide shore power for any vehicles
No, you should only store your vehicle in your space and if you change it we need to be notified
While it’s optional, using a high-quality vehicle cover is highly recommended to protect your vehicle from dust, debris, and UV exposure.
Access to site is between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday if you need access outside these times it can be arranged but we require at least 48hrs notice to make these changes on our system and to notify our security.
No we do not have this facility on site.
Yes, non-perishable items, tools, and personal belongings can be stored inside, but valuables are best kept out of stored vehicles.
You can access and remove your vehicle at any time within access hours. Be sure to check the specific hours before arriving. You are not allowed to stay in the vehicle over night.
Our facility has vermin/ pest control in place, however no vermin control is fool proof. Vermin are attracted to food sources therefore all food should be removed from your vehicle surfaces should be cleaned down and hovered to avoid attracting pests
