Things to note about giving notice on your unit
We ask for 1 months notice on wishing to give up your unit. you can fill in the form or can email the office direct
Once you’ve given your notice we will send you a confirmation of your last expected day to return the keys.
We understand things can change so you can call us at any time to extend your stay
We will only cancel your direct debit once the keys have been returned in person or into one of our secure key boxes and once we have checked th unit is empty.
NOTE: Water should NEVER be used to clean our the containers
